Leading in Alignment

Supporting Leaders. Building Collective Leadership.
Directors and functional leaders play a critical role in connecting organizational direction with the functions, teams, and priorities they lead. Their effectiveness depends not only on their individual leadership capabilities, but also on their ability to work beyond functional boundaries, align interconnected priorities, and contribute to leadership decisions from an organization-wide perspective.

Leading in Alignment is a shared developmental journey designed to strengthen authentic and collective leadership across the organization. The program brings leaders together through individual reflection, facilitated dialogue, experiential learning, and collective exploration, creating opportunities to expand awareness, develop shared understanding, and build stronger foundations for organizational coherence.

Throughout the journey, participants deepen their understanding of their leadership presence, relational impact, and the dynamics that influence collaboration across teams and functions. They strengthen their capacity to build trust, engage constructively with different perspectives and organizational tensions, align competing priorities, and develop a shared leadership language that supports more connected and effective ways of leading.

Directors may also engage in personalized coaching and leadership development journeys tailored to their individual roles, leadership realities, and developmental priorities.
